A Special Evening…
For the past 12 years, Rick has had the privilege of attending the annual President’s Dinner for the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) to present The Vogel Award to an outstanding CARNA Council member.
The award was started in the ‘80s by Rick’s father, Barry Vogel and recognizes contributions and is awarded annually to someone with a constructive, positive and enthusiastic approach to resolving issues, and for showing consistent dedication to CARNA‘s work and activities.
This year’s presentation was very special because Barry Vogel was able to join Rick to present the 2019 Vogel Award. It was held on September 20, 2019 a was a great and memorable evening.
Congratulations Tracy King for being recognized for your commitment, decency, honour and leadership to nursing and to CARNA from The Vogel Group.
