After 7 years as a Trustee, Rick Vogel, Founding Principal of The Vogel Group, recently assumed the role of Chair for the Board of Trustees for the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation (GRHF). The Foundation is very proud to be receiving funds at this year’s Syncrude Oil Country Championship, presented by AECON, in support of its Pediatric Procedure Room.
As said by Rick at today’s media launch for the event, “One of the pleasures is meeting people and organizations who support the GRHF as well as many of the amazing people who have benefited from the Glenrose Hospital through their journey of rehabilitation. The GRHF is honoured to be the recipient of funds raised by the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation through their partnership and support of the Syncrude Oil Country Championship presented by AECON. The highlight today was meeting Elias and hearing about his courageous journey of rehabilitation from his Mom, Cecile, and his Dad, Blair. Elias’ story, energy and infectious smile inspired and entertained the whole room.”
