The Vogel Award 2018
The Vogel Award (which honours Rick’s father) recognizes contributions through service on Provincial Council and is awarded annually to a Councillor who has served for at least one year of the current term. Someone with a constructive, positive and enthusiastic approach to resolving issues, and for showing consistent dedication to CARNA‘s work and activities.
