Our client, Edmonton Screen Industries Office (ESIO), was able to launch a $4 million fund, which will support eligible screen media projects and ventures through loans and investments. The Vogel Group was in attendance to support this endeavour.
The screen media sector encompasses a range of industries, including video game development, mobile app development, film and television production, and the creation of augmented and virtual reality experiences.
The goal of the fund is to help the city’s screen media industries grow as a vibrant and healthy economic sector that retains and attracts skilled workers, offers students careers and distinguishes Edmonton as a centre of excellence.
