20 Years Strong

What began as a profession quickly became a commitment: helping organizations navigate complexity, supporting leaders stepping into meaningful roles, and making the right calls when it matters most.

June marks my 20th anniversary in the recruiting profession, alongside the 8th year since the founding of The Vogel Group.

Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with companies, municipalities, post-secondary institutions, not-for-profits, associations, and regulatory organizations. One thing has remained constant – great leadership changes everything. Not just for organizations, but for the communities they serve.
I’m grateful to the clients who have trusted me with critical hires, and to the candidates who have allowed me to play a small role in their career journeys.
This milestone isn’t a finish line—it’s a foundation.
Leadership expectations are always evolving. The stakes are higher. And thoughtful, strategic recruitment has never been more important.
