RDM Equipment - Greater Vancouver Selling Sales Manager

Rapidly growing, RDM Equipment Sales & Rentals, has an immediate opportunity of Selling Sales Manager – Greater Vancouver, especially if you are already familiar with the world of sales of new and used heavy equipment.

RDM is a young and dynamic equipment sales, rentals and service company. The growth they are seeing has led them to revise their vision to include a sales leader that will be pivotal in ensuring the business continues to grow, as well as grow their sales team.

A phenomenal Sales Ninja, you know you have the ability to develop business across the lower mainland area working to increase sales of heavy equipment through new and existing customers. You are a driven individual looking for a more nimble employer that has less bureaucracy and obstacles to their sales process. You have a desire to control your own destiny financially and thrive in an environment where your ability to solve problems for customers is managed primarily by your understanding of heavy equipment applications and your creativity.

Aside from a relentless winning attitude, you also bring:

• Proven leadership skills leading in a sales management capacity; ideally with 3+ years of heavy equipment sales experience;
• Post-secondary education in sales and marketing (asset);
• Experience in financial planning and strategy, understanding all concepts for revenue generation and profitability; and
• Capability of performing without direct supervision, while still promoting transparency of sales activity.

A valid passport with the ability to travel internationally will be expected.
