We promise that you’ll never work with anyone but our principals. Instead of pushing work to junior staff, our leaders personally conduct every leadership search. It’s all part of our commitment to providing the highest quality experience for our clients and finding the best candidate for every role.

As Office Manager, Lori Poulin manages administration and reporting for The Vogel Group.
Amidst the global uncertainty in 2020, Lori realized that life is too precious and short to be far from family—so she moved from Ontario to Edmonton to be close to her adult children.
With over 20 years experience in office management, administration, and project research, Lori brings a wealth of knowledge and a range of skills to The Vogel Group. In her role, Lori supports the search process by assisting the principals and external partners, coordinating agendas and meetings, and drafting reports. Her exceptional organizational abilities and sharp sense of humour help the team stay at the top of their game.
Outside the office, Lori relishes the chance to explore her new home. Moving west has offered new opportunities, and she has been thrilled to visit Banff and Jasper, and even travel through the Rockies to Vancouver, checking some key items off her bucket list. Drumheller was never on her list, but after her recent visit, Lori is convinced that everyone should see the Hoodoos before they die. Most of all, she feels grateful that she has been able to see it all with her kids by her side.
