Office Manager in Kamloops, BC
Location: Kamloops, British Columbia
An employee-owned company in the construction sector, our client is looking for their next Office Manager in Kamloops, BC; someone who considers themselves a strong-willed administrator of everything, and who would not want it any other way.
Aside from serving as the point person for administrative and office support, you will take ownership for a variety of office duties, including but not limited to, office and equipment maintenance, mail processing, maintaining supplies, processing bills and invoices, and more.
A self-starter who thrives in an environment where you are encouraged to make the role your own, you are also:
- Customer-service oriented. You won’t shy away from challenges or challenging people and have the ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life.
- You understand that some days are better than others, some things are beyond your control and sometimes actions speak louder than words.
- You enjoy getting involved and are aware of ever-changing needs of the team and have the maturity to understand, manage and prioritize to the various levels of urgency associated with your responsibilities.
- Well-versed with basic office software and tools, including Microsoft Office, with data entry experience.
