Capital Region Housing, Director of Customer Service
Location: Edmonton, AB
Capital Region Housing (“CRH”) is the largest provider of social and affordable housing in the Edmonton area, and the eighth largest in Canada. They manage over 4,500 social housing rental units and over 600 affordable housing rental units and anticipate significant growth over the next two years.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Customer Service is responsible for identifying and developing all culture, process and performance improvements and efficiencies for the CRH customer and for developing and leading a team who will deliver consistent and empathetic customer interactions across multiple channels. The Director of Customer Service will help to ensure that CRH becomes a national leader in customer service within the social housing sector.

- extensive experience leading operational customer service teams who consistently demonstrate effective and empathetic communications with customers;
- experience designing and optimizing departmental processes that address business needs and ultimately yield a “best in class” customer experience;
- a sense of urgency, passion and entrepreneurial commitment to achieving goals; and
- a post-secondary education in a relevant field (preferred).
