They manage over 4,500 social housing rental units and over 600 affordable housing rental units and anticipate significant growth over the next two years.

CRH is growing. They recently opened a new 70-unit apartment building with a new 240-unit development underway. The development pipeline has approximately $500M worth of projects.

  • Endorsing a supportive relationship and collaborative culture between the Board, CEO, organization and stakeholders; and
  • Board Committee attendance.

The Board of Directors will meet as often as required to provide effective governance and oversight. Currently the Board meets the last Thursday of every month a minimum of six times per calendar year and there will be additional committee responsibilities.
